Pluxee Romania: Leader in non-wage benefits and solutions to increase employee engagement at work

Continuing our series of interviews with experts from companies actively involved in building a transparent and equitable labor market in Romania.
Today, we spotlight Pluxee Romania and some of the benefits enjoyed by its employees. Our goal was to better understand the strategies through which Pluxee contributes to the well-being of its own employees, as well as those in other organizations. To this end, we spoke with Florentina Ciontea, HR and CSR Director at Pluxee Romania & Bulgaria.

2. How can flexible and innovative benefit solutions provide a competitive advantage to companies?

Our range of employee benefits (Pluxee Gusto, Pluxee Turist, Pluxee Cultura, and Pluxee Cadou cards) is used by over 2 million Romanian employees, providing them access to experiences that truly matter to them. Additionally, through our partnership with the MyBenefits platform, we facilitate access to flexible benefits designed to improve the balance between professional and personal life and to increase retention in companies that choose to personalize employee benefits as a strategy for motivation and engagement.

3. Can you present a case where Pluxee's solutions significantly improved the employee experience of a company?

A concrete example is our partnership with The Happiness Index, through which we help companies measure and improve employee satisfaction and happiness levels. This unique tool allows for the implementation of organizational culture improvement initiatives based on real data, aiming to create a more pleasant and motivating work environment. Thus, we manage to transform employee benefits into a strategic tool for motivation and retention, actively contributing to building strong, employee-oriented organizational cultures.
Through advanced sentiment analysis and the use of machine learning technologies, The Happiness Index provides relevant feedback and real-time action plans, highlighting companies' strengths and areas needing improvement. Detailed reports and analyses enable concrete strategic decisions, thereby contributing to creating a more pleasant, motivating, and high-performing work environment.
4. What innovations is Pluxee currently developing to shape the future of employee benefits?
