How many steps are in the recruiting process?
We have 3 interviews in total: one phone screen, one technical and a final interview.
How is the working structure?
We have a hybrid style of work and flexible working hours between 7.a.m-21 p.m.
Where are the offices located?
Our offices: Cluj-Napoca, Alexandru Vaida Voevod No.16, Vivido Business Center, near FSEGA and in Timisoara, Piata Consiliul Europei, Iulius Mall.

We work with a wide variety of new technologies, covering:
1) Software technologies used in:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Highly automated driving functions

- Data-driven and virtual development
- Web and mobile development
2) Vehicle expertise areas such as:
- Complete vehicle competence
- E-mobility and high-voltage systems
- E/E architecture
- Intelligent chassis, drive and vehicle body systems
How is the onboarding process?
We focus on offering the best integration and onboarding experience. You have a dedicated peer, team guidance, internal training materials and a smooth integration in the projects.
What is the working style?
We started working in Agile but we also work in V-cycle.
