Doua ore de discutii cu 3 angajati Ubi, 2 leads si un baiat de la HR unde s-a vorbit despre trecutul meu profesional si apoi despre testul pe care l-am facut unde am primit feedback si critici despre ce puteam face mai bine. Atmosfera a fost ok in mare parte dar incet incet a devenit destul de tensionata asa cand am ajuns la critici legat de test.
Intrebarea cea mai folosita pe tot parcursul discutiei a fost "Ce crezi ca puteai face mai bine aici?"

Am avut la dispozitie 7 zile in care trebuia sa fac doua teste. Unul de level art in care trebuia sa incropesc un nivel folosind niste asseturi date de ei si un alt test de modelare, texturare, bagat in editor,etc al unui asset.
