How did the interview go?

Am fost contactat de o firma de recrutare din India care lucra pentru ValueLabs; am dat un test usor de contabilitate online, iar ulterior mi s-a cerut acordul scris sa particip la procesul de recrutare prin completarea unei fise. Initial mi s-a spus ca se grabeau foarte tare cu recrutarea, se dorea sa incep imediat daca se poate. Interviul propriu zis cu Directoarea Economica a avut loc dupa o saptamana; intre timp mi s-a spus ca salariul oferit initial se va diminua cu 500 lei net, nu pot oferi mai mult. Dupa interviu agentia de recrutare a revenit cu feedback: sunt prea calificat pentru post si s-au orientat catre un junior. In aceste conditii ma intreb de ce si-au mai pierdut timpul cu mine (aveau CV-ul din care reiesea clar ca nu sunt un junior).
