Managerul pare mai degraba interesat de fostele locuri de munca si de parcursul tau profesional decat de ceea ce ar avea de castigat biroul prin angajarea ta, Nu pare sa inteleaga faptul ca in alte locuri pur si simplu sunt sefi cu care nu te poti intelege ori ca activitatea desfasurata anterior nu era potrivita abilitatilor tale sau ca asa cum ei sunt in cautarea angajatului perfect si tu ai fost la un moment dat in cautarea jobului perfect. NU e dispus nici macar sa iti dea o sansa sa vada de ce esti capabil. Pare ca nu stie ca exista perioada de proba, ca sunt lucruri pe care le poti invata sau ca nu ai avut ocazia sa lucrezi intr-un mediu in care sa iti poti dezvolta abilitatile. Te face sa te simti mai degraba ca la o sedinta de psihoterapie.
Nu e de mirare ca posteaza in fiecare luna luna acelasi anunt de angajare.
