How did the interview go?

Interviul a decurs intr-o maniera neprofesionista. Am inceput mult mai tarziu deoarece doamna de la HR era intr-un interviu si s-a decalat. Aceasta are o atitudine neprofesionista, avand tot timpul exprimari ca de la piață, hahaind si povestind lucruri personale, elogiind compania. Ulterior discutiei, a iesit din birou si m-a lasat cu un laptop cu un test excel, un model arhaic, fara acces la internet pe care e lipit un post-it cu "test Excel interviuri". Dupa ce am rezolvat testul, am anuntat-o pe respectiva de la HR si m-a asigurat ca revine cu un răspuns. Desigur ca nu s-a intamplat acest lucru, nu e de mirare ca recruteaza aproape constant pentru acest rol.

Lucruri basic tipice unui HR care nu depune niciun efort sa coordoneze un interviu.

Cu siguranta sunt niste probleme la nivel de management avand in vedere ca exista astfel de angajati. Sediul este de toata jena.
