How did the interview go?

Am fost contactat de catre dansii prin LinkedIn si am avut impresia ca deja dinainte de interviuri erau pe jumatate decisi sa imi faca o oferta, doar in baza CV-ului. Interviul cu HR-ul a fost mai mult despre ce ofera compania, decat despre ce asteapta de la mine. Au fost doar 2-3 intrebari punctuale despre competentele mele. Al doilea interviu cu managerul direct a fost mai technic, cu unele intrebari capcana, care sa testeze daca intr-adevar am competentele din CV. Ultimul, cu directorul de department, dar iarasi am avut impresia ca decizia era deja luata, pentru ca a fost o discutie foarte libera si nu mi-a pus decat 2 intrebari despre experienta mea. Totul scurt si la obiect, aproximativ 10 zile de la primul contact pana la acceptarea ofertei. Un proces de recrutare foarte simplu, bazat mult pe CV. Foarte relaxant.

Interview questions and tests

Intrebari despre anumite metodologii de imbunatatire a calitatii, despre capacitatea de lucru in echipa, dar si un mic test scris.
