How did the interview go?

A fost un interviu obisnuit, de cunoastere, dar cu cateva "red flags". Spre exemplu, era mentionat salariul anual si mare a fost mirarea directorului ca am facut un calcul/ luna. Apoi a cerut recomandari, am lasat nume si numar de telefon, a programat un interviu cu fostul meu TL, dar nu a intrat la interviul respectiv. A trebuit ca fostul meu TL sa-l contacteze.
Desi am mentionat experienta mea, nu a fost atent la informatiile oferite - cand a aflat ca nu recrutasem pe IT sau aveam experienta minima end to end a fost foarte surprins, desi eu fusesem sincera si nu lasasem nicio secunda sa se inteleaga ca experienta mea e mai vasta decat am prezentat.
