How did the interview go?

Even if the interview was OK, it was mentioned that regardless of their decision after, I would be notified, but it will take a bit more than a week and they even insisted on it "don t worry, you will get an answer".
Currently it has been over a month and still no answer from them.
I believe that says a lot about the way of working and the fact the HR and manager word means absolutely nothing.
During the interview I got the impression they are doing some sort of scheme so that someone would join their team only short term so they can fire them out after the task they were working on, was finished. They only had some short term plans related to the on going project but nothing more with connection of any kind of vision for the future.
The tone used during the interview felt a bit superior and arrogant.

Interview questions and tests

General questions about current job, experience. There was no test except an assessment to test your sift skills I guess. It is a good idea but a bit poorly made in the sense you don't have the option of multiple choices and it limits you of answering a certain way, sometimes against your nature as you don't have other options.
