Interviul a fost impartit in 3 etape: 1. Verificare CV 2. Test tehnic pe platforma CoderByte 3. Interviu de soft skills cu un manager, un lider de echipa si hr.
Interview questions and tests
La testul tehnic au fost in jur de 50-60 grile din Git, Linux si C++ (in cazul meu deoarece am aplicat pe C++, dar pot fi diferite in functie de ce pozitie alegeti) si o problema (C++).
La interviul de soft skills majoritatea intrebarilor au fost bazate pe lucrul in echipa si sa vorbesti despre alte proiecte pe care le-ai avut. (intrebarile se bazau tot lucrul in echipa, nu tehnice)
