Atributii:
Prepare monthly reports (office space; operational report, expense report);
Prepares monthly timetables for the meeting rooms;
SPOC for all technical issues in the office (Single Point of Contact);
Perform HS&E (performs initial Health, Safety and Environment training for all new hires, making sure everything is within standard protocol and once a year prepare and execute HS&E Audit);
Keeps register of access cards and issues new access cards. Maintains access cards system;
Places POs for all kind of facility/IT related orders and follows up for GRs;
Organizing meetings/activities - depends on the occasion;
Receive and redirects incoming calls, take notes;
Makes sure that all cars in the car fleet are operational and in good state, with car fleet assistant (driver);
Organizes car purchases, sales and rentals;
Closely works with people within the company and outside it;
Tracks the stock and orders office and kitchen supplies.
