Client Description:
Adecco is hiring an After Sales Coordinator for its client, a major player in the vehicle and motorcycle import market.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process warranty claims in line with the company’s budget.
- Provide technical consultancy and repair instructions to dealers.
- Inspect and approve completed warranty repairs.
- Prepare and send warranty claims to Honda Motor.
- Manage and monitor recall campaigns.
- Track and report vehicle damages from transport or natural causes.
- Analyze warranty repair statistics and propose cost-optimization measures.
- Verify warranty repair invoices and ensure proper financial balance.
- Handle complex technical inquiries and customer complaints.
- Collect and report customer satisfaction data.
- Efficiently manage the budget to balance customer satisfaction and cost savings.
- Oversee parts sales and propose service campaigns for better customer retention.
- Prepare reports on warranty claims and other service related activities.
- Support parts sales process through service campaigns proposals
- Conduct dealer visits and audits to ensure compliance with Honda standards.
- Report operational issues and suggest improvements to the After Sales Manager
Candidate Profile:
- Technical/engineering background (preferably in Automotive Engineering).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and planning skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle mechanics and structure.
- Flexible, dynamic, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel.
