We have an amazing opportunity as part of our Delivery Unit focused on solutions for all our Private individuals’ customers both interacting with us in Branches as well as Digitally via Smart Mobile. Our core mission here is to enable our Business strategy of Building a digital bank with a human touch.

1. Main focus on increasing the level of digital services dedicated to customers use
2. Interact with business lines to clarify business requirements
3. Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions/recommendations
4. Analyze impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment
5. Provide effort estimates for the analysis work
6. Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
7. Participate in the solution design, support development and testing
8. Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes
9. Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization
10. Provide functional and gap analysis in application acquisition (RfPs)
11. Expect a component of novelty and a development one, through various other tasks that have not been covered here

2. Are familiar with application server, integration and database technologies
3. Have experience working on large projects as well as regular changes
4. Have experience with banking software specifics (administration, processes, products…)
5. Have good presentation skills

8. Can create good work relations based on trust and responsibility
9. Are a team player, energetic person with a desire to learn and progress
10. Have previous working experience with any agile methodology

Job qualifications and requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher
2. At least average level skills in one SQL flavor (T-SQL/ PL-SQL/ DB2 SQL…) or NoSQL (e.g. Cassandra)
3. 3+ years-experience in business & systems analysis
4. Previous experience with Customer Interaction projects (medium term) is mandatory
5. Previous experience with API design, specifications, and testing
6. Previous experience with visual modelling techniques
7. Good command of English
