We have an open position within our IT Platforms division, responsible for implementing a fresh CDM Platform solution. As an agile delivery unit, we utilize cutting-edge cloud-based technologies. We are a cross-functional team made up of business and IT specialists.

Your responsibilities will be to:

1. Interact with business lines to clarify business requirements
2. Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions/recommendations
3. Analyze impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment
4. Provide effort estimates for the analysis work
5. Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
6. Participate in the solution design, support development and testing
7. Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes
8. Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization

2. Are familiar with application server, integration and database technologies
3. Have experience working on large projects as well as regular changes
4. Have experience with banking software specifics (administration, processes, products…)

7. Can easily and clearly communicate with business and IT colleagues
8. Can create good work relations based on trust and responsibility
9. Are a team player, energetic person with a desire to learn and progress
10. Have previous working experience with any agile methodology

Job qualifications and requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher
2. At least average level skills in one SQL flavor (T-SQL/ PL-SQL/ DB2 SQL…) or NoSQL (e.g. Cassandra)
3. 3+ years' experience in business & systems analysis
4. Previous Agile methodology experience with medium to large number of team members involved;
5. Previous experience with API design, specifications and testing
6. Previous experience with CRM or customer management projects (medium term);
7. At least medium knowledge of drafting Sequence diagrams (draw.io, PlantUML);
8. Good command of English is a must
