Analist Testare Automata Agile Delivery Private Individuals, Customer Interaction and Branches

We have an amazing opportunity as part of our Delivery Unit, focused on solutions for all our Private individuals customers, both interacting with us in Branches as well as Digitally via Smart Mobile. Our core mission here is to enable our Business strategy of Building a digital bank with a human touch.

Particulary, the Branches & Digital areas target the development of simple end2end solutions for Mobile Banking applications & Digital solutions to connect our colleagues with customers using the TABLET/ IPAD as primary digital support devices.

So now, we are planning to enlarge our cool team with a skilled and enthusiastic Testing Analyst.

Our new colleague will be easily integrated into the team and engaged in highly interactive digital customer facing services. We will do that with support from a highly motivated squad, working closely with all the team members - from Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, DevOps and so on - while keeping a close collaboration with the business lines on the projects of course 😉

Is this you? Ok, now take a look at what your day-to-day job will be:

1. Take part in Agile specific meetings;
2. Estimate the complexity/effort of the testing activity;
3. Define and execute test scenarios, prepare the test data, according to the functional and non-functional specifications;
4. Record the identified defects and follow their fix;
5. Communicate the status of the test to the team;
6. Provide support to Business in the process of user acceptance.

Job qualifications and requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher;
2. Previous experience in defining test scenarios, their design and execution;
3. API testing (REST/SOAP), Smartbear ReadyAPI/SoapUI preferred;
4. Previous experience in working with API microservices, services and middleware modules;
5. Experience working with frontend Web (Angular) and Mobile applications (Android & iOS);
6. Automatic testing experience with Selenium, respectively Appium, is an advantage.
7. Technical knowledge and experience working with: Jira, Confluence, SQL, Postman, SoapUI, Kibana, ELK;
8. Experience working with banking software specifics (administration, processes, products…);
9. Experience working with Agile Scrum Methodology;
10. Good command of English;
