Client Description:

Adecco Human Resources is recruiting a Application Manager for our client, a company from Timisoara with over 20 years of experience in food and beverage production industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Head of the team responsible for managing applications throughout their lifecycle: requirements, design, build, deploy, operate, optimize.
  • Will be responsible for leadership and control and decision-making in the Application Team.
  • Will be a key contributor in the decision of buying or building an application.
  • Together with his/her team will be the custodian of technical knowledge and expertise related to managing applications.
  • Will ensure the necessary training, awareness and experience levels within his team are maintained.
  • Will decide for insource vs outsource in regards to Application management.
  • Will define and maintain standards for Applications architecture across the company, in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Will manage vendors in relation with Applications lifecycle.
  • Will assist Infrastructure group for Availability and Capacity issues.
  • Will guide IT Operations on the best way to carry out the ongoing operational management of applications.
  • Will ensure event management, incident and problem management, change/release management, finance management and service level management for applications in company's portfolio.
