Client Description:

Responsibilities:
· JR BO engineer - 2nd line support engineer working on Business hours (09:00-18:00) – application and infrastructure support
· Incident, Change, Problem management handling (Troubleshooting, New integrations, Patch upgrade etc.)
· System Changes done during night time (part of the OT)
· System Health checks
· SPOC for the customer
· Customer calls
Candidate Profile:
· 1-4 years of experience
· Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline;
· Technical requirements: Linux, SQL, Network knowledge
· On call availability (2 weeks/Month)
· Overtime required (up to 32H/month paid or compensated with leave)
· Availability for OT and on call during business holidays as well
