Role description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern colleague who is passionate about working with people and has a genuine interest in learning by doing while working in a fast-paced environment to contribute to the enhancement of the department.

This internship will allow the Talent Acquisition Intern to learn from the Talent Acquisition Partners, support them with in-depth searches to find the best talent, gain a general understanding of the recruitment process across various roles, and be immersed in the day-to-day life of a recruiting professional. Also, other activities might include being involved in various recruitment-related events and employer branding collaboration.

This role provides a hybrid way of working with an onsite presence of 2 days/week.

 

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Learn the process of identifying profiles and building candidate pools;
  • Screen (potential employees') resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies;
  • Assist in different recruitment and/or employer branding related projects;
  • Learn the use of the Applicant Tracking System on the Talent Acquisition module;
  • Learn company and departmental policies, procedures and best practices;
  • Develop communication and collaboration skills;
  • Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders along the team members.

 

Role Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related majors;
  • Availability for a 6-hour/day internship for 6 months (mandatory);
  • Fluency in English, with very good verbal and written language skills (mandatory);
  • Genuine interest in recruitment—previous relevant internship experience is considered a plus;
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Positive attitude and maturity, ability to adapt to different situations and communication styles;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package or Google Suite
