Our business partner is one of the most exclusive private clubs that organize luxury events for their members. As they continue to improve their brand presence and customer experience, we are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Coordinator with a proactive "can-do" attitude to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating of all activities related to the brand (products, services, experiences, events, etc.)
Main Tasks
- Oversee and coordinate all brand-related activities, including products, services, and experiences, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence.
- Lead and execute club-related initiatives, fostering strong relationships with members, expanding the membership portfolio, and developing and marketing new activities to enhance member engagement.
- Innovate and enhance the club's Concierge service, creating new projects that elevate the member experience.
- Spearhead the creation and management of brand events, handling logistics and ensuring seamless follow-up processes to maximize impact.
- Provide dedicated support for establishing and nurturing relationships with partners, suppliers, agencies, and other key stakeholders, facilitating effective discussions and negotiations.
- Develop and refine the Brand’s social media content, crafting engaging posts that resonate with the audience and drive brand awareness.
- Review and create compelling texts and graphics for presentation materials, ensuring they effectively communicate the brand’s message.
- Negotiate event budgets, ensuring cost-effective and impactful event execution.
- Be ready to travel, both domestically and internationally, to support brand activities and initiatives.
- Design and implement communication, promotion, and sales strategies for the Brand, enhancing the visibility and appeal of the brand’s products and services.
Main requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in event planning or brand coordinator.
- Experience in luxury sector is highly valued.
- Knowledgeable about the luxury industry, both locally and internationally, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter).
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Master’s degree in PR, Marketing, or a related field.
