Brand Retail Operations Coordinator
(one year temporary contract with Randstad for Philip Morris)
Your "day to day"
- Weekly communication newsletter with Brand Retail Structure: information gathering, newsletter creation and presentation to field structure.
- Continuous improvement of communication with field structure and internal stakeholders.
- Feedback gathering and interpretation.
- Ad-hoc centralizations.
- Other operational projects: delivery via Tazz, answer to consumer complaints (Freshdesk platform), FiFo process, Google maps etc.
Who we’re looking for
- University degree.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Romanian languages.
- Highly analytical, organizational and curious mindset with ability to sort through complex issues and sense for details.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Experience in Retail will be considered as an advantage.
