Cautam Procurement Specialist - Category Manager care sa se alature echipei pe perioada nedeterminata. ( Bucuresti ) 

Requirements 

1. Commercial, or Financial background; 
2. University degree; 
3. Relevant experience in indirect purchasing (minimum three (3) year experience); 
4. Good knowledge of Romanian indirect services market 
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. 
6. Able to communicate with multiple stakeholders at different levels; 
7. Able to work in multiple projects, very good business understanding; 
8. Analytical thinking and strategy oriented; 
9. A delivery-focused sourcer and a team player  
10. Previous experience in working with any of the Source to Contract tools: Oracle, SAP, Ariva, etc. 
11. Excellent communication in English language 
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office   

Responsibilities 

1. Responsible for Indirect services purchasing (Marketing, HR, Facility, Consultancy, Security, etc)  
2. Working in close cooperation in the cross-functional teams  
3. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal client and supplier stakeholders 
4. Organize and manage sourcing tenders process 
5. Evaluate suppliers proposals and perform bid & TCO analysis 
6. Negotiating with vendors for building positive, long-term relationships 
7. Ensuring proactive and timely engagement with client 
8. Contract management (drafting, approval, amendments, etc) 
9. Purchase Order issuing and guidance to the stakeholders involved in P2P processes 
10. Colaborate with Global Category managers for regional or Group projects 
11. Identifying cost saving opportunities and realise the savings target 
12. Prepare and manage the annual category management plan for allocated categories
