Client Description:
Adecco is recruiting for one of his HoReCa client a Chief Executive Officer which is responsible to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company.
Responsibilities:
Develop high quality business strategies and plans aligned with the objectives of the company
Implement the company vision and mission and giving it direction
Work closely with the board members to deliver the company’s budget
Lead and motivate subordinates to develop a high performing management team
Negotiate or approve contract for the organization
Build trust relations with key partners
Evaluate and track the success of the company in reaching its goals
Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as CEO in retail / FMCG industry
An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Interpersonal skills to work well with the board members and other executives in the company
Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
