Client Description:
Adecco Romania is recruiting for its client, a major player in the road and highway construction sector, a Cost Controller, for Cepari/Racovita.
Responsibilities:
The resource will guarantee the correct cost monitoring procedures of the project, in compliance with the laws in force and with the instructions and procedures issued by the AFC Manager and Cost Control Responsible.
In details:
- Cost Monitoring: Assist in tracking and monitoring project costs, ensuring they stay within budget.
- Budget Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on budget status, variances, and forecasts.
- Data Analysis: Analyze cost data and identify trends or anomalies to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all cost-related documentation, including invoices, contracts, and change orders.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and financial departments to ensure alignment on cost control measures.
- Variance Analysis: Assist in identifying and reporting on cost variances, providing insights for corrective actions.
- Compliance: Ensure all cost control processes adhere to company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.;
