 Our team

We are a team of Enterprise architects, working closely to shape Raiffeisen Bank architecture landscape towards modern architecture and cloud. Our purpose is to provide efficient standards-based enterprise architecture supporting business needs and vision.

As an Enterprise Architect you will:

●Own one or more business domains for which you build and maintain an architectural roadmap

●Own a portfolio of systems/applications/platforms from your domain(s) 

●Build business & IT architecture blueprints to support the business domain in their initiatives

●Maintain an up-to-date business capabilities model and technology reference model for your business domain(s)

●Actively participate in defining solutions for new initiatives of our business tribes providing technical recommendations and ensuring that enterprise and agile architecture principles are being followed

●Validate solution proposals from product teams resulting from new initiatives or major product changes

●Define together with business leaders and Tribes strategic architecture transformations to support business strategy and objectives

●Coordinate feasibility studies for new technologies and solutions

●Collaborate with Raiffeisen Group Enterprise Architecture community to design and implement group-wide new architectural concepts and capabilities. Align with RBI Group the architectural roadmaps.

●Create and improve architecture principles, standards and strategies and align them with RBI Group

●Present and support the proposed technologies, roadmaps and strategy to key stakeholders and senior management for approval

What will make you our best colleague?

Requirements:

●Good architectural knowledge of major enterprise platforms and architectural patterns (databases, Java application servers, SOA suites, application integration, microservice architecture, event driven architecture…)

●Experience with enterprise technologies for: web and mobile solutions; portal and web content management; API management; identity and access management. Knowledge of cloud-based architectures

●Experience with architecture modeling tools

●Polished leadership abilities and proven experience to manage by influence

●Excellent communication skills both staff and executive levels. Able to work globally and across cultures

●Excellent negotiation and communication skills, sound presentation and stakeholder management abilities

●Solution oriented, able to work under pressure, focused decision maker

●Team player, proactive, self-starter, open to new ideas, business and customer oriented

●Previous involvement in business and IT Transformational Projects is a plus

●English – advanced
