Main tasks:
- Planning and coordinating luxury events ensuring that they are carried out following the objectives and budget.
- Managing relationships with customers and partners, ensuring that all their requirements and needs are met.
- Overseeing the entire event organization process, including supplier selection and coordination, logistics management, and ensuring good internal and external communication.
- Leading fundraising efforts to secure necessary funds for event budgets, including reaching out to sponsors and donors.
- Development and implementation of marketing and promotion strategies to attract new participants and customers.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of events and conferences, identifying and implementing continuous improvements.
- Overseeing the allocated budget for events and conferences, ensuring that expenses are within established limits.
- Managing financials related to fundraising activities and ensuring transparency and accountability in fund management.
Your profile:
- Previous experience in organizing and coordinating events.
- Experience in participating in an organization or association with a focus on fundraising will be a significant advantage.
- Experience organizing luxury events will be a big advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in fundraising and sponsorship acquisition.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of event marketing and promotion.
- Results-oriented and attention to detail.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide the team.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to travel.
