The Value Responsible - Product Manager
- is leading, mentoring and synchronizing Value Responsibles which are less experienced or work on team level, like the Product Owner
- is the content authority for the delivery of the Agile Release Train ART (Program) and in this regard, is the owner of the respective Program Backlog
- is the interface of the Program Level to its customer and stakeholders
- Supports the teams by understanding the product.
- Contact person for customers and stakeholders regarding features priorities and deliveries
- Communicates current status of the Agile Release Train - internally and externally
- Ensure that dependencies between Agile Teams are respected and delivered as committed.
