What will you do as an HR Operations Specialist?
The HR Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This includes payroll preparation, legal compliance for hiring and terminations, employee relations support, streamlining HR processes, maintaining accurate employee data, and managing local employee benefits. The position is also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of monthly and annual HR administrative processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing HR and payroll data, including processing new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Reviewing and resolving payroll data discrepancies and error tickets.
- Preparing employment contracts and other HR-related documentation.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll matters.
- Managing local employee benefits administration (gathering and submitting request forms towards benefit providers and / or payroll).
- Managing time and attendance data within the SuccessFactors system and the Local Time & Attendance system.
- Preparing and sharing HR & Payroll reports towards internal and external stakeholders, as per HR report calendar.
As our future colleague, you should have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Spain HR operations, administration, or payroll.
- Advanced Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Strong documentation skills, a data-driven mindset, and a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
