We're Seeking a Hungarian-Speaking Sales Account Manager
Are you a native Hungarian speaker with a passion for sales and HR tech? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative & Key Account Manager!
Your Role:
As a key player in our Employer Branding solutions team, you will be essential in expanding our footprint in the Hungarian market through:
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify trends and potential leads.
- Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities within the Hungarian market.
- Promoting our values, image, and product offerings as an expert in Employer Branding and Jobbing.
- Conducting sales presentations (phone, online, email), negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.
- Building strong customer relationships through account management, upselling, and providing exceptional support.
- Utilizing our CRM system to manage leads, analyze data, and optimize sales processes.
- Collaborating with the product development team to create cutting-edge HR tech solutions.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven sales experience (HR sales is a plus)
- Native fluency in Hungarian and advanced English
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Sheets and data analysis
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Team player with a positive attitude
