End User Support
- Providing technical support and issue resolution for end users regarding IT devices.
- Ensuring a seamless and trouble-free user experience for all users.
Computer management
- Install/Reinstall OS
Printing Service
- Printer troubleshooting
IT Device Lifecycle Management.
- Administering and monitoring issued devices, including: PCs, Virtual PCs, Mobile and Mobile BYOD, printers, scanners, RFID,
- Implementing and managing the lifecycle of devices, including procurement, configuration, warranty, maintenance, and safe disposal at the end of their lifecycle.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Operating System (OS) knowledge (administration , e.g. Windows, Linux, MacOS, etc.) LINUX is a plus
- English (at least B1 level)
Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
- University Field: IT Science / Information Technology Engineering
- Communication and collaboration knowledge
