Job description:
- Elaborate and implement the internal communication strategy of the organization together with the department manager, and be responsible for its continuous improvement based on the organization's vision, values, and mission.
- Provide support in creating materials to be posted on the website, social networks, or any other promotional sources.
- Design, edit, and distribute all internal communication materials and facilitate communication with partners, using the most effective communication channels.
- Create various documents specific to public relations activities (presentations, strategy documents, briefings, internal communications, newsletters, etc.).
- Proposes solutions to streamline communication within the organization
- Provide support to the team in specific situations regarding communication, and promotion of projects and events.
- Support in organizing internal events with employees/press and business partners.
- Participates in communication events together with management and ensures that a unified brand image is conveyed in the market.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education with a bachelor's degree (preferably in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Sciences, Journalism);
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Solid knowledge of public relations tactics;
- Very good oral/written communication skills, organizational skills, creative, results-oriented and organized;
- MS Office knowledge;
- Good knowledge of PR material development tools (infographics, video spots, Canva/Photoshop, newsletter);
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to manage different projects simultaneously;
- Advanced written and spoken English.
