Job description

The ISD Markets D&D team is responsible for the business-driven program delivery to support number of business-critical services that underpin the overall performance of a multi-billion-dollar business segment within LSEG.  

ISD Markets Demand and Delivery executive will be contributing to project delivery, reporting, regulatory compliance, and the customer experience associated with their domain. The role also guaranties the reliable, agile and continuous flow of change required to optimize the performance of their platform ecosystem and performance of the customer service.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and co-ordinate business driven change and portfolio delivery.

  • Maintain a solid understanding and be accountable for the delivery for the book of work. 

  • Manage, deliver, monitor, and track key improvements to the current systems and infrastructure. 

  • Provide regular updates often to senior members of the leadership team. 

  • Escalate risks and issues and provide frequent status reports and for management. 

  • Drive enhancements to the environment from initial scope requirement gathering exercises through to implementation. 

  • Encourage innovation and automation within the framework of the environment.

  • Understand existing complex environment to identify problem areas and undertake successful implementations to resolve and/or mitigate.

  • Provide a detailed level of reporting on status of the improvements and enhancements book of work. 

  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems. 

  • Capacity Management: 

    • Identify IT capacity requirements to meet current and future projected workload.

    • Develop and maintain a capacity management plan. 

    • Monitor capacity continuously to support the service level management. 

    • Assist in diagnosing and resolving incidents. 

    • Analyze the impact of variances on capacity and take proactive measures to improve performance where it is most cost-effective. 

    • Roadmap planning.

    • Service transformation.

    • Resource planning and prioritization.

    • Manage Operational Readiness processes and procedures.


 

Requirements

8+ years’ experience in an IT or technology support role. With 3+ years of project management experience 

  • Working with global teams in a 24x7 environment. 

  • Head count planning for IT solutions. 

  • Solid interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at both infrastructure and application levels.

  • Must be willing to step up and drive major incidents involving production environments with a solid sense of urgency. 

  • Stakeholder management 

  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.  

  • Good report building and presentation skills. 

  • Good in resource planning and forecasting  

  • B.S./B.A. Computer Science or related field; or equivalent level of experience. 

Nice to have

  • Project Management e with accreditation (PMP/Prince 2) 

  • ITIL 4
