We are looking for a Product Manager with interest to work in the area of digital product management, landscape assessment, functionality enhancement, re-engineering and documentation, service stabilization, vendor management - for digital products.
There will be a clear focus on digital solutions used in the European manufacturing environment for data acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for setting the priorities typically for a medium internal digital product, a group of smaller ones within a same product area, or a small external one
Collaborates with others to understand different points of view and arrive at clear definition of opportunities and is seen as the “go-to” person for other teams in relation to the digital product
Understands the customer needs and translates them into user stories that are valuable, feasible, and usable to be prioritized in the product backlog that aligns with available engineering capacity and is aligned to the defined roadmap
Communicate the status of the digital product to stakeholders. Drives the strategy for the digital products, defines the roadmap, and guides the digital product team on “what” should be built.
Makes data-driven decisions based on complex, multivariable environments. Creates personas, user journeys, user flows
Develops and run experiments to validate or disprove concepts. Drives Agile ceremonies, and work with agile teams to bring their digital products to life.
Job Qualifications
Experience in prioritizing and managing product roadmaps and aligning them with business objectives.
Manufacturing/Engineering experience is very welcome.
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in IT or digital product management.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management from ideation through to delivery and continuous improvement.
Experience in digitalization initiatives, particularly transforming traditional products or services into digital formats or improving the digital user experience.
Knowledge of IT management principles, including software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps, etc.).
Technical proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and an understanding of product development processes.
Experience in stakeholder management, including working with cross-functional teams such as development, marketing, and customer success.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
Experience with digital transformation strategies, IT infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions.
