Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
- Product Range Development: Analyze sales and statistics to expand the product range based on customer needs and market trends.
- Product Information Management: Provide detailed product information (applications, references, photos, specifications, installation guides) for catalogs.
- Database Management: Maintain up-to-date databases for the products in your portfolio.
- Regulations Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal regulations, company procedures, and legal requirements.
- Documentation: Guarantee the availability and validity of necessary documents (certificates, labels, safety data sheets, etc.) for commercialization across different markets.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Technical department and suppliers for issues like quality complaints, warranties, and product labeling.
- Customer Engagement: Work to expand the range of active items in stock with customers and build better customer relationships.
- Issue Resolution: Address product-related inquiries regarding shipment, pricing, backorders, statistics, and database concerns.

Education & Experience:
- Several years of experience in product development or category management.
- Technical expertise and strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry.

- Proficiency in database management and MS Excel.
