Client Description:
Adecco Permanent Recruitment caută, pentru unul dintre clienții săi din domeniul productiei, un Junior Merchandiser.
Responsibilities:
· Visit POS under his responsibility (pick up delivering samples, taking pictures of pallets w/returns, communication w/sellers, customers and providing several info)
· Promote BFI collections and educate POS’s employees
· Local evaluation of future collections
· Help with anything to do with the sales in the market
· Creation of daily merchandising report (sales numbers as well as specific information on PoS, market issues, any type of valuable information.
· Develop distribution to new markets, dealing with new markets research, forecasting and promotion with close collaboration w/Marketing and Finance.
Candidate Profile:
· University degree
· 0-2 years of experience working in retail or sales/ merchandising position
· Product knowledge. Ability to understand and communicate the details and benefits of the offered products
· Excellent analytical skills
· Multitasking & time management skill with ability to prioritize tasks
· High organized and detail oriented
· Team spirit
· Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills
· Analytical skills and problem solving
· Ability to maintain good relations with the buyer, employee, member in his department and other people of the organization.
