Client Description:

Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for one of its clients, an online travel agency and platform that connects travel agents, agencies, and businesses with a range of travel products and services; an KAM Retail role in Cluj-Napoca .


Responsibilities:

The KAM Retail with Hunter Skills is responsible for generating revenue by identifying and nurturing leads, qualifying prospects, reviving churn and closing sales via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

The role requires a strong communicator who can build relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver effective solutions that align with company offerings.


  • Primary focus on generating and converting leads to grow the customer base.
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, and social media.
  • Generate more leads, increase conversion of leads, explore new markets and increase customer base.
  • Address the lost and churned accounts and understand the reasons behind it to fix it.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate product solutions to prospective clients
  • Close sales by building rapport with new and existing clients and addressing client objections.
  • Train travel agents on calls, meetings & webinars.
  • Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per the KPIs.
  • Track and manage sales activities and leads using CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Analyze sales metrics and feedback to improve performance and processes.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product launches and campaigns. Find ways to approach clients and motivate them to book.


Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g.,Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing targets.
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in Tourism or/ and Travel.

Language: Fluent in English and Romanian
