We are a distributed team and work to use that to our advantage for customer success and life balance. Currently, we are looking for a Lead IoT Edge Engineer for the pipeline of customers requiring our services, there is no particular client attached to this vacancy. Our common projects involve writing business applications on embedded devices of various architectures.
IF YOU ARE
- Experienced in SDLC with Agile methodologies
- Used to setting up processes and leading a medium-sized team (5-6 people)
- Expert in C/C++, with 5+ years of commercial software development experience
- Familiar with message brokers, embedded programming, distributed systems, microservices architecture, infrastructure automation, data processing, fleet management, and wireless communications
- Skilled in networking and communication protocols
- Proficient in Linux system usage, including configuring systems, mounting folders, editing fstab, and setting up SSH access
- A technology enthusiast who enjoys learning and sharing knowledge
- Possessing upper-intermediate English proficiency for effective client communication
- Confident with Bash with Python knowledge (would be a plus)

- Write robust code in C++ and Python to power the next generation of connected devices
- Implement security hardening to ensure systems are bulletproof
- Work with Docker, automate tasks using CI/CD pipelines, and deploy reliable systems
- Build innovative data collection systems and manage Over-The-Air updates across a fleet of edge devices
