Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Assist with processing orders from manufacturers and suppliers, including customer orders from wholesalers. Manage currency hedging and follow up on transportation arrangements.
Back Order Tracking: Monitor and address back orders to ensure timely resolution and fulfilment.
Import Processing: Support the planning and managing goods flows arriving by sea freight, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Purchasing Coordination: Work with the Operations Center to verify invoices and assist with purchasing-related tasks.
Process Optimization: Contribute to improving processes and tools, such as Deltiproducts, to enhance logistics operations.
Product Availability: Help ensure product availability through analysis and coordination with relevant teams.
Supplier Interaction: Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers in English to maintain smooth operations.
Capacity Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating delivery schedules and goods receipts with the logistics team.
Logistical Services Procurement: Help source and manage logistical services to support operational needs.
