Responsibilities 📌:

  1. Responsible for Business Continuity Management;
  2. Ensure compliance both with group and local requirements related to BCM;
  3. Create and maintain Business Continuity (BC) and Crisis Management Plans;
  4. Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for the new and existing processes;
  5. Coordinate BC exercises, prepare reports, track action items;
  6. Develop and review business continuity and crisis management policies;
  7. Participate to internal and external audits as necessary, provide and handle BC requirements for critical providers;
  8. Work closely with IT colleagues to establish requirements for disaster recovery testing;
  9. Development of user awareness campaigns, workshops and dialogs with different internal teams on Crisis Management and Business Continuity;
  10. Report to senior management about BCM trends, KPIs and required strategic decisions accordingly;
  11. Coordinate response actions in case of disruptive situations that may affect business continuity, application of procedures and response plans. This includes working with senior management, notification of all key resources, provides support for Crisis Management Team.

Qualifications 📑:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in Business Continuity, IT infrastructure or other similar positions;
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related domain;
  3. Knowledge and experience in IT Operations / IT DR / Business Continuity covering concepts, methodologies, technologies;
  4. Basic knowledge of project management and change management;
  5. A formal certification designation from BCI (Business Continuity Institute) CBCI or ISO 22301, ISO 22313, ISO 22316, ISO 27001 would be considered a strong asset;
  6. Experience in a banking environment is an advantage.
