Client Description:
Adecco Romania is recruiting a Packaging Manager (Brașov) for its client, one of the largest beer producers in Romania.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the Packaging team, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment
- Effectively manage fixed and direct costs within the Packaging departments
- Establish and monitor productivity metrics to manage overall productivity
- Optimize and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards
- Ensure the availability and reliability of utilities for the entire brewery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead systemic performance improvements within the Packaging department
- Translate and implement company and department strategy
- Implement sustainable development within the Packaging department
Candidate Profile:
- University degree (Mechanical, Engineering, Food Science, Biotechnology)
- Proficiency in English
- Min 7 years of professional experience, whereof min 3 years in beverage industry
- Min 3 years of proven managerial experience
