The Power Platform Solutions Consultant will be a member of an international team whose main mission will be to maintain, develop, design, and support new and/or existing high quality business functionality. More specifically, he/she will participate in the development and support of the regional Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate solutions (higher focus on Power BI).
Responsibilities
- Analyze business intelligence data to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and implement data models and reporting solutions
- Create visualizations and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support business needs
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data analytics processes
Requirements
- Microsoft 365 experience, with a particular focus on Power Platform administration, including Power BI (Data gateways & Premium Capacities)
- Experience in building Power Platform solutions
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to train users (large audience) and take a mentoring/champions role
- Demonstrated experience in end user support for a wide range of Microsoft 365 tools, with high focus on Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Working with Kanban boards, such as LeanKit or Jira
- Work and develop solutions with agile methodology
- Bachelor in IT or related is a must (Master an asset)
- Power Platform related Certificates will be considered as an asset
- Strong analytical skills and creativity
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to use discretion
- Strong upward and downward communication skills
- Ability to pay attention on details
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business
