The Bosch Blaj Plant has been operating since 2007, being the first production unit opened by the Bosch Group in Romania. The road to excellence was initiated in Blaj in the industrial technology sector, subsequently consolidating into the production of sensors and electronic components for the automotive powertrain since 2013. - Co-ordinate & link information across functions to perform planning and forecasting process;
- Analyze & explain with key insights for deviation between planned & actual cost;
- Commercial evaluation for Investment assessment, Project calculation, Scenario working & cost benefit analysis;
- Interpret key data (key business drivers, KPIs, business metrics) and translate them into meaningful information for management;
- Work closely in co-ordination with business unit, manufacturing department & service department;
- Prepare & present controlling information for discussion with plant leadership & business unit.
- Bachelors’ degree in Economics or Economic Engineering;
- Expert in use of MS Excel, Power Point;
- SAP key user for CO/FI module;
- Understand business effects & commercial analytical thinking;
- Willingness to learn & apply new digital tools;
- Team player and ability to work in a flexible way;
- Advanced English skills (spoken and written).
