Product Manager in charge with Private Individuals Customers Acquisition & Onboarding



The Product Manager in charge with Private Individuals Clients Acquisition & Onboarding is part of the Onboarding Stream within Private Individuals Clients Tribe. The aim of this role is to ensure a differentiating positioning on the market that: accelerates business growth with focus on client acquisition and onboarding, drives superior customer experiences and increases brand advocacy.


The Product Manager in charge with Private Individuals Clients Acquisition & Onboarding within Raiffeisen Bank will:


Demonstrate strategic vision:

●Design the strategy for Private Individuals (PI) customers segment with emphasis on building a relevant value proposition to make a difference on the market, accelerate customer acquisition & onboarding and increase brand advocacy

●Identify market opportunities and innovate the banking offering to maximize customers segment growth and profitability: develop new offers, improve processes and adopt market legal requirements


Embrace a highly innovative approach for PI customers interactions:

●Drive positive customer experiences at every moment of truth throughout PI clients acquisition and onboarding process

●Develop acquisition and activation campaigns, cross sell programs that generate relevant customer journeys and add value to business with newly acquired PI clients

●Delight and surprise consumers in relevant communication touch points, by driving engagement and excitement in any brand manifestation in partnership with Marketing and PR teams

●Monitor client satisfaction and continuously provide improvement proposals


Integrate strategy with the rest of the cross functional teams:

●Partner with internal key stakeholders (Digital, Products, Sales, Marketing, PR, Legal, Compliance) and coordinate a successful implementation of the defined PI customers acquiring & onboarding strategy across the bank through an agile approach

●Develop external partnerships to accelerate client acquisition

●Set up the yearly budget and allocate sales targets, monitor sales strategy implementation across different channels and propose improvement actions and sales support for targets accomplishment

●Manage the marketing and communication budgets for PI customers acquiring & onboarding and ensure communication plan preparation & execution in line with business strategy, together with Marketing and PR teams

●Demonstrate, in collaboration with the Research team, a restless interest in understanding the market insights, the customer segments dynamics (behaviors, values, lifestyles and consumption trends) and their impact on business strategy and performance


Manifest constant focus on business performance:

●Manage the P&L for newly acquired PI clients

●Actively monitor business performance of newly acquired PI clients and submit proposals for reducing gaps versus objectives and/ or cancel any potential risks

●Support business strategy with analysis of benefits, costs and value delivered to customers through proposed initiatives

●Ensure constant monitoring of the evolution of legal framework, macroeconomic environment and competition to identify potential risks or opportunities for development


Experience and Skills:

●Must have relevant experience, minimum 3 years, in Private Individuals customers interactions (understanding behaviors, attitudes, values, needs; communication and sales of personalized solutions)

●Thorough understanding of integrated online-offline marketing campaigns, market trends, macroeconomic figures, financial analysis (budgets, P&L, ROI etc.) and reporting; market regulations (data protection etc.)

●Advanced level of English
