Role: Driving impact by understanding and documenting business needs from a digital perspective.
Essential Functions:
Facilitate and moderate interactions between business and IT as part of a mixed team of Operational Managers, Customer Support, and third-party IT specialists.
Manage the product roadmap: propose implementation plans to Superiors, understand business objectives for the roadmap, guide stakeholders, and challenge priorities.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog for development: write and estimate user stories with the team. The project offers the opportunity to take ownership.
Meet business goals and metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions.
Share knowledge and insights with other Managers within the Group and headquarters.
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required:
Technical Skills:
2+ years of proven experience as a developer (one or more of: .NET, C++, C#, Java, Python, Low Code).
2+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer/Cloud specialist (DevOps, Office365, Infra/network specialist, Support).
Knowledge of Web Development (PHP, Front-end).
Data Specialist experience (Data Engineer, Big Data, BI, Qlik Sense).
ERP and CRM knowledge.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English.
French or another language is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Results-oriented team player with good time-management skills.
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
