Client Description:
Adecco Romania is recruiting for its client, a major player in the road and highway construction sector, a Project Manager Construction (Road and Bridge Construction, Highways), for Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
· Develop detailed project plans including execution phases, resource allocation, and timelines.
· Create and manage the project budget, ensuring financial constraints and profitability are met.
· Define project objectives and set performance indicators.
· Organize and facilitate regular meetings for effective communication and issue resolution.
· Foster collaboration among teams to prevent delays and quickly resolve problems.
· Identify and mitigate project risks such as delays, budget overruns, or technical challenges.
· Monitor the project closely to identify deviations and take timely corrective measures.
· Monitor work progress to ensure alignment with project plans and technical specifications.
· Oversee quality control, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations.
· Adapt plans and manage changes based on on-site conditions and project developments.
· Maintain constant communication with clients and contracting authorities to align expectations.
· Report on project status, costs, risks, and milestones regularly to stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
· At least 7 years’ experience in construction
· At least 4 years’ experience in road construction
· Degree from civil ing. University
· Capable of handling / solving several subject / project
· Preparing and submit monthly installments
· Excel, Autocad , Power Point
· Capable of preparing and conducting contracts with the client
· Use proficient langue needed for all correspondence to
· Inter payment certificates
· Ability to guide the contract management consultant
· At least at least on cost control or cost analysis ( Windev )
· Driving license B
