Raiffeisen Bank is extending the development team in Agile Delivery Corporate & Investment Banking!  

We are building end-to-end software products using Agile Methodology for 2 Business Divisions in Raiffeisen Bank Romania. We are specialists in developing solutions for Corporate Lending, Corporate Cash Management, Trade Finance, Corporate Online Transactions, FOREX transactions & many more. What do we do? 💻 

Developing software products based on requirements of course J, but not only: 

1. Understand and, if needed, challenge the requirements from business  
2. Actively participate in agile ceremonies, software detail design, development, quality assurance, user acceptance and launching into production phases.  
3. Build Java-based applications that cover all the basic architectural principles starting from high-volume & low-latency systems to critical systems in a high-availability environments 
4. Contribute with the rest of the team to continuous improvements of the development process 
5. We are big fans of the quote “We build it, we run it!”. As you can imagine, that means we are Dev-Ops fans, and this can be translated in building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines 
6. L3 support for live applications 

What are we looking for? 🔎 

1. Someone who can help us in software quality assurance process : 
2. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities 
3. Prepare test data based on technical and business requirements 
4. Define and execute test cases for the built application 
5. Design, develop and execute automation scripts 
6. Collaborate with software developers for remediation of found defects 
7. Maintain regression testing packages 
8. Support user acceptance and performance testing process   
9. Has attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
10. Responsible person for ensuring that Testing best practices are adhered to  
11. Quick learner and highly motivated to keep himself/herself abreast with latest technologies 
12. Good communication skills (Must) 

Required skill set

1. University studies with IT / Economics background 
2. Knowledge about software quality assurance standards – ISTQB 
3. Knowledge of structured programming 
4. Working with Oracle SQL / PostgreSQL database 
5. API testing (REST / SOAP), SmartBear ReadyAPI/SOAPUI preferred 
6. GUI test automation : Selenium / Appium with Java (preferred) 
7. Working experience with collaboration tools like Atlassian JIRA, Confluence  
8. Ability to work in an agile setup using SCRUM Methodology  
9. Experience using Microsoft Office 365 / Teams tools suite 
10. Experience in banking and / or insurance is an advantage
