 What do we do? 💻 

1. We are working in an agile squad and will develop and run manual and automated tests.  
2. Contribute with the rest of the team to continuous improvements of the development process. 
3. We are big fans of the quote “We build it, we run it!”. So, this role will be involved in all projects fazes, from workshops/ exploratory to live support maintenance. 
4. Sanity testing 
5. L3 support (post-implementation support) for live applications to identify the type of impact. 
6. Provide effort estimates for the testing work. 
7. Actively participate in detailed design solutions and agile ceremonies 
8. Support the development team (developers & business analysis & dev ops engineers) 
9. Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions/recommendations based on the expertise area. 
10. Act as a buddy for junior and new co-workers 



Tools that we use: 

1. Web interface, using specific test applications: ALM, UFT, Selenium Jmeter, Loadrunner. 
2. Integration concepts (patterns, principles, technologies: Message Queues, Web services, SCA, Databases etc.) 
3. Issue tracking / Tasks setup: Jira 
4. Operating systems: Windows, Linux 
5. Databases: Maria DB, PostgreSQL, Oracle DB, IBM DB2, NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB etc.) 
6. Design tools for UML diagrams 
7. IDE for API integrations (SOAP ui, Postman etc.) 
8. Knowledgebase shared platforms (Confluence etc.)  
9. Testing tools for mobile apps (Android Studio etc.) 

 What are we looking for? 🔎 

Must have skills: 

1. Great attitude and team player 😊 
2. Knowledge of structured programming  
3. GUI test automation: Selenium/Appium with Java (preferred)  
4. Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in economics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent  
5. Advanced English skills 
6. Eagerness to learn 
7. Abstract thinking 
8. Analytical and problem-solving skills 
9. Attention to details and ability to organize work. 
10. You must be also a delivery orientated person. 
11. Min 3 years hands on overall technology experience (with Testing and Quality Assurance Management with technical solutions using ALM QualityCenter and Jira) 
12. Basic level on database programming (preferably on cloud like Maria DB / PostgreSQL/ Oracle / Cassandra) 
13. Medium experience in integrations based on API, JMS, Kafka etc. (conceptual and consuming, not developing them) 
14. Basic level of testing mobile apps (both Android and iOS) 

Nice to have: 

1. Certifications: Six Sigma, ISEB, ISTQB 
2. Test performance hands on  
3. Prior experience with AWS, java microservices 
4. Digital services 
5. Multichannel applications 
6. Banking experience 
7. Experience with change management and defect tracking tools 
8. Knowledge of developing software using agile methodologies
