Client Description:
Adecco Romania is recruiting for its client, a global leader in the construction field, a Quality Engineer, based in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and quality assurance procedures
• Drafting of the Project Quality Plan, procedures and Quality Control Plans
• Analysis of project quality data: Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Non-Conformity Report (NCR), Lessons Learnt
• Advice and support during root cause investigation, corrective/preventive actions and change control of procedures and processes
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify and address potential quality issues
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement
• Manage and control quality-related documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility
• Provide training and support to staff on quality procedures and standards
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and 45001 quality management systems
• Stay informed of current quality standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, production, and sales, to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle
• Identify and recommend corrective actions for identified deficiencies in quality systems
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a quality engineering role
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and 45001 standards
• Experience with document control and management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with quality management software is a plus
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Availability to travel on Project Worksites
