We seek a dedicated, ambitious, and self-driven Regional Sales Representative (HVAC), for our business partner, one of the largest manufacturers of advanced equipment in the HVAC industry.
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develops new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; and recommending new applications and sales strategies.
- Improves the organization's market position by prospecting and contracting new clients to maximize revenue.
- Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; and scheduling appointments.
- Introduces new products to the market and maintains the commercial performance of existing products.
- Coordinate the network of distributors at the national level.
- Realization of technical-commercial offers.
- Conducting business discussions and negotiations.
- Technical consultancy regarding the products offered.
- Monitoring the market of construction projects.
- Prepares regular forecasts to enable effective sales planning.
- Ensure that sales potential is fully exploited to achieve annual sales targets.
Your profile
- At least 2+ years experience in technical sales (HVAC) or similar roles.
- Understanding of HVAC industry.
- Strong communication, planning, and organization skills
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Motivated and results-oriented person
- Proficiency in English;
- Valid driver's license
- A bachelor's degree and technical faculties are an advantage.
