As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Responsible Gaming Analyst to join its team in Romania.

As Responsible Gaming Analyst you will be responsible for the supervision and care of at-risk gamblers according to the established monitoring protocol.

YOUR ROLE

Analysis and management of at-risk gamblers:

  • You are the escalation point for Customer Service and Risk&Fraud teams regarding Responsible Gaming contacts.
  • You analyze players identified in the various monitoring processes (software, Customer Service feedback…) and establish an initial risk assessment with your manager.
  • You contact players identified as having a gambling problem. You directly deal with the online.be sites, and via your manager for the offline and international divisions.

Monitoring of our internal detection tool:

  • You are responsible for the proper functioning and continuous improvement of the tool.
  • You assess gambling risks and report to your manager.

Participation in the overall company strategy and the Responsible Gaming team:

  • You implement in a practical way the strategy plans developed by the Responsible Gaming Manager.
  • You evaluate the effectiveness and viability of the plans put in place, particularly in terms of convergence with the Customer Service and Risk&Fraud plans.
  • You submit proposals for improvement (technical, operational) in line with the G1 strategy and with the aim of ensuring the continuous improvement of the team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s in psychology, social work, teaching
  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in a similar position
  • Experience in customer care and/or Risk&Fraud (ideally)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is an asset
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • General knowledge of local and international online gaming regulations
  • General knowledge of Data Protection obligations (GDPR)
  • Basic knowledge of information security concepts (ISMS)
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding the protection of players against the risks of addiction (Responsible Gaming) is a plus
  • Good computer skills
