Your role:
- Collaborate with teams to understand processes, map data, and document conversion rules for S/4 HANA migration.
- Develop and implement SAP migration solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and risk mitigation.
- Oversee coding and software development activities for migration tools and scripts.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
- Guide and support junior technicians, managing workloads and task prioritization.
- Identify risks, resolve migration issues, and ensure a smooth transition to S/4 HANA.
Your Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration/ETL and 2 years in S/4 Hana Data Migration
- Must lead cross-functional teams to understand to be landscape/processes, develop requirements, map data, and document conversion rules between source systems and S/4 HANA
- Strong solutioning skills required to design and implement an SAP technical solution and a data solution while mitigating risk
- Programming and software development experience required to coordinate the activities of coding personnel
- Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is preferred
- Ability to manage time in accomplishing complex tasks while coordinating and mentoring data migration technicians is a plus
